Iron
Heavy-gauge steel, welded in-house and powder-coated. The strongest, most elegant option.

The right type depends on your slope, your clearance and how you want the entrance to feel. We’ll tell you straight on the site visit.

The classic. Single or double leaf, the most elegant look — needs clearance to open.

Compact and strong. Cantilever or V-track, perfect for slopes, short driveways and wide openings.
Explore sliding→
Telescopic panels that stack to the side — the space-saver when there’s no room to swing or slide.
Explore folding→
A gate that follows a curved driveway or wall — custom-rolled panels for entrances that aren’t straight.
Explore curved→Space. Swing gates are ideal for larger driveways but need clearance to open. Sliding gates are compact — perfect for limited space, narrow driveways or a slope.
Electricity & automation. Wired systems need proximity to a power source. Solar-powered operators are an eco-friendly option where wiring is complex — though with short Pacific Northwest winter days we’ll usually recommend hard-wiring for reliability. LiftMaster, FAAC and DoorKing operators keep it smooth.
Design. Iron for durability and elegance, aluminum for a rust-free modern look, wood for a natural feel. Solid for privacy or open pickets for visibility — and any of it can be fully custom.

A basic residential swing gate with an operator typically starts around $4,000, and fully custom systems run to $25,000 or more. Final cost depends on gate size, material (iron, aluminum or wood), site conditions and the automation system. You get a free on-site estimate with an exact written price before any work begins.
Most residential gate installations are completed within 7 to 14 days from the initial site visit. Simple operator upgrades or motor replacements often take 1 to 2 days; custom-fabricated iron or wood gates take 10 to 14 business days.
